I could not fall asleep last night with so many thoughts buzzing through my mind! We are getting ready to move for the 4th time here in the Illinois, Nauvoo Mission. Soon we will be taking the reigns of the mission photography, and there are lot's of changes coming from the new mission presidency. Mom and I just want to be supportive and able to magnify the responsibilities we have. Here is a picture mom caught this morning;

Our training meeting began at 7:30am this morning and the focus is getting the senior missionaries up to speed as full time missionaries. President Hall is emphasizing the principles found in Preach My Gospel, and, this morning, he expounded, in his training, the Doctrine of Christ. I feel like we are being taught so many wonderful doctrines from President Hall. I have been familiar with the Doctrine of Christ, (the 4th Article of Faith), but the principles being taught now are really being expanded. I am grateful for these learning opportunities!
We are experiencing another cold spell. The temperatures were in the high teens this morning, and the day didn't get much warmer than the low 40's. We had to drive the car today to the site assignments because mom worked at a shared site. Both the Cultural Hall and the Sarah Granger Kimball Home were covered by mom and her companion, Sister Henninger..... And they are about a half mile apart!
My assignment was at the Family Living Center for the afternoon shift. That is located right behind the Cultural Hall. Mom had the all day shift. So I got to do some things around the house in preparation for our move that seems to be developing into next Monday March 7th. We even found out the LeeMasters are moving into our house! They are a fun couple and very quiet as well. They are a lot like us!

We both got done with our assignments at 5:00pm and we went home and quickly got ready to attend the 6:00pm temple session. We were invited to be the witness couple. The session was about a third full. We did have a cast party tonight at the same time as our temple session, but we opted for the temple. Not a hard choice for these two senior missionaries!
