Happy 13th birthday Cambry! Our first grandchild to reach the teenage years! And, any time now, our oldest grandchild will become the sister of our youngest grandchild! Levi will make his entrance into mortality anytime now! Hang in there precious Amy! Many HAPPY returns Cambry!
Our morning was filled with many activities. We had to say goodbye to our precious Lasher family. They headed back home early this morning. It was bitter-sweet to say good bye... hard to see them go, but now the last family to come to Nauvoo before we head home from our mission! Here are some pictures of our Monday morning activities...

We had a wonderful visit with this precious family. It was so fun to get re acquainted with each one and to get acquainted with Faith. There was a lot of time in our daily schedule that allowed us to be together and experience Nauvoo. Carthage was one of the highlights along with family play time in the "shade". The kids and I enjoyed playing outside together.

Mom and I had a few chores to do after the family left. I mowed the lawn and then we went to the 9:00am temple session. After our temple session, and putting all the family on the prayer rolls, we went to Keokuk for groceries. The balance of the day was doing laundry and reading and napping before Sunset. The evening had a nice breeze so the Sunset stage was cool and comfortable.
We cherish all the family memories we have had with each family here in Nauvoo and Carthage. What a blessing it has been to share this sacred place with all of our family!!! Our stories and memories will last a lifetime as we talk about our experiences together! What a privilege it is to be the grandparents of such precious grandchildren, and the parents of such precious children! There is beauty all around, for sure!
